Whenever my parents visit me for the weekend, we always end up at Daiso. My parents love Daiso. Daiso is life. Since the one near us is incredibly big, they always like to go there to check out what their Daiso’s may be missing in the Bay.
So, while going through the aisles, I came across a kiddie pool.
Yes… a kiddie pool.
First thought? “OMG WE SHOULD TOTALLY GET THIS FOR THE DOGS.”
Do the dogs even like water?
No, but who cares?
So we bought it. It was only $7 (not bad as most seem to be going $20+ on Amazon!) and as soon as we got home, we blew air into it, and then filled the bottom with some cool water. Thankfully it was pretty warm and sunny in San Diego, so it was perfect for a quick photo op!
Despite their cute faces, the dogs were absolutely miserable. MISERABLE.
They felt absolutely uncomfortable in the water which is a bummer because we were really hoping they would like it. I managed to snag a few great photos, though, so not all was lost!
With summer creepin’ up around the corner, I’m sure we’ll be using this pool a lot in the future. Latte didn’t pee in the water, so I consider that a win.
